Folder Navigation within Personal & Corporate Areas

Items are organized into folders inside both the Personal and Corporate areas.

Moving through the tree

• Select a folder row to open it.
• The breadcrumb trail at the top of the list shows where you are. Select any step to jump back to that level.
• Folders are listed before individual items, both sorted A–Z.

Folder rows

Each folder row shows its name, its path (root for top level) and a Personal or Corporate badge.

Folders can be favorited like any other item — select the star to add the whole folder to Favorites.

Choosing a folder when creating or moving

When you create an item, or copy or move an existing one, a folder browser opens with:

• Search folders… to filter by name
• a Back to parent folder control
• the full tree, so you can descend to the destination

The same browser is used for the Copy to destination.

Empty folders

An empty folder shows an illustration rather than a blank list, so you can tell it apart from a list that is still loading.
