Password / Secrets List: Switching Between Folders & Flat View

List and grid

The view toggle in the header — the grid icon — switches how the current area is drawn.

View	Shows	Best for
List	One row per item: name, folder, scope badge, and row actions	Scanning names, reaching the ⋯ menu
Grid	Compact cards	Seeing more items at once

Your choice persists as you move between areas and folders.

Sorting

Sort By: A–Z orders the list alphabetically. Select the arrow beside it to reverse to Z–A.

Folders always group ahead of individual items, in both directions.

Refreshing

Lists are cached so the extension opens instantly rather than waiting on the vault. Two
controls keep you current:

Control	Effect
Click to refresh	Reloads the current area from the vault
Last refreshed	Shows how old the list on screen is

ℹ️
Refresh after someone else changes a shared item. The Corporate area will not show another
person's edit until the list is reloaded.

Long lists

Lists page in as you scroll rather than loading an entire vault at once, so a large Corporate
area stays responsive.

Row contents

Each row carries, left to right: a type icon, the item name, its folder path, a Personal
or Corporate badge, and the row actions — Launch Website where the item has a URL,
View Details, and More Options (⋯).

A lock badge marks a delete-protected item. See
